Wir freuen uns, Sie in unserem typischen Haus „Rochefortaise“ begrüßen zu dürfen. Ausgestattet mit allem Komfort, liegt es in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, der Busse und des Bahnhofs, wo wir Sie begrüßen können. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Es besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Sitzbank, Schlafbereich mit 2 Betten 90 cm, Schlafzimmer mit Bett 140 cm Die Wohnküche ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Veranda ist sehr hell, Sie können dort zu Mittag essen oder sich mit einem guten Buch entspannen.
Der Garten ist von Mauern umschlossen und ohne vis-à-vis, die Terrasse ist mit Liegestühlen und Gartenmöbeln zum gemeinsamen Grillen ausgestattet.
Es gibt Telefon, Internet, WiFi, Orange TNT-Box und Decoder, verstellbaren Flachbildfernseher.
Kostenlose Wechselparkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen, Haltestelle in der Sackgasse, Möglichkeit des geschlossenen Privatparkplatzes 600 m entfernt (auf Reservierung - 40 € vom Eigentümer angeboten).
Wir stellen Haushaltswäsche und ökologische Haushaltsprodukte zur Verfügung und es ist möglich, Bettwäsche zu mieten.

- INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not called into question, no reimbursement will be made, apart from the security deposit.
IX- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram as soon as possible, indicating the reasons for its cancellation. Supporting documents must be provided either to the lessor or to the insurer upon request. Any cancellation entails the abandonment of the deposit paid and the obligation to pay the balance no later than the date set for the start of the stay. However, the amount paid will be returned, less 30% compensation for administrative costs and various procedures, when the furnished accommodation can be re-rented for the same period and at the same price.
a) If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned in the contract:
After 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
- this contract is considered terminated
- the deposit and the balance of the rental remain with the owner.
- the owner can have his furnished accommodation
c) - In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner
He will reimburse the tenant the amount of the sums collected + 30%.
Cancellation insurance (7.5%) with the Covid option is strongly recommended.
