This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Coffee machine, a spacious dining and lounge area as well as unobstructed views of the lake. It also includes modern electrical appliances and an extendable dining table that seats 12. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a large leather lounge suite. For your entertainment there is a smart LED TV. There is a car parking space for 1 car.

The large deck has a Webber BBQ and clear views of the town and lake. Laundry facilities, a drying room with ski racks and washing line as well as a gas fireplace in the main lounge are all inclusive. There are separate heaters in all bedrooms and in the downstairs lounge. Underfloor heating is in the kitchen, the separate toilet, all bathrooms, the laundry and entrance way.

The bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Bedroom 1 - king-sized bed and en suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 - king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3/2nd living room - 1 king sized bed or 2 single beds with shared bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 - 1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds and 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 5 -1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds with shared bathroom.
