The studio cabin, which can accommodate 4 people, is located about fifty meters from the beach, is located in Port-Barcarès.
It is south facing.
The sunrise over the Mediterranean is magnificent.
It is opposite the marina which was recently renovated as part of the Ila Catala project that the municipality is currently implementing.
The objective of the municipality is to beautify the living environment around the port for boaters and local residents of course, but especially for tourists as well as summer visitors and it is a success.
The rental has a terrace with an area of 10 m² which faces south.
From the latter, you can contemplate this idyllic setting where this wonderful esplanade, lined with magnificent palm trees, which runs along the marina to flow into the Mediterranean Sea.
The exceptional panoramic view from the terrace also allows you to admire the Corbières massif, the Pyrenees mountain range, the second marina and other landscapes, which is rare.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a beautiful residence which is equipped with an elevator.
The accommodation, meanwhile, is very bright and is equipped with roller shutters.
The house has two sleeping places.
The first is in the main room where a new Rapido convertible sofa is installed which, when unfolded, is a real bed with quality bedding.
Indeed, the name Rapido is a registered name which has become a generic term to designate convertible sofas with easy and quick opening.
A Rapido convertible is a real sofa with armrests, seat cushions, back cushions and a box.
A Rapido is also a comfort sofa that can be unfolded quickly and easily without any effort to convert it into a traditional bed. The seat and back cushions unfold at the same time as the bed base, but also the mattress and they then slide automatically under them.
The main room then turns into a real bedroom with a classic bed!
Do not mix up ! Rapido sofa and convertible sofa.
In a Rapido sofa, the seat is independent of the mattress.
In a convertible bench seat (BZ bench type or convertible sofa bed), the seat is made up of the folded mattress.
In addition, we provide disposable mattress protectors and pillow protectors to each of our tenants.
The second is a cabin area with a loft bed for two people.
We provide tenants with disposable mattress protectors and pillowcases, but we do not provide them with bed linen.
Private and numbered parking is available exclusively to tenants.
A reception is provided on site for the handing over of the keys and the inventory so that there are no surprises on arrival.
