Ideal place to rest, without noise, without nuisance.

Parties not allowedThe use of air conditioning is a plus. Statement of EDF indexes on arrival and departure. Normal use in summer, without air conditioning for a family of 6 is 40 kVA per week. Beyond this consumption, air conditioning will be billed at an additional €0.25 per kVA. Thank you and sorry for this delay. Air conditioning is useful when all the windows and doors in the house are closed. Some people forget this and overuse the meter. The air conditioning is especially useful at night.
The cleaning package is charged at €100 per week but this is optional. If the house is left clean, the package will be returned to the tenant.
