Discover our farmhouse, very comfortable and facing south, completely renovated in 2015 by an architect combining granite and modernity, in a quiet area between sea and river.
The farmhouse is adjacent to another gîte, the Penty, while being completely independent and not overlooked.
We live there all year round except summer, when we offer it for rental. Like the Penty, it is built from imposing blocks of cut granite. We completely renovated and fitted it out with the help of an architect in 2015, with the aim of maximizing modern comfort without distorting the charm of the old building.
Facing south, its small private garden allows you to enjoy the garden furniture, sunbathing or even the barbecue. In case of extreme heat, you will find a little coolness in the shade of a grove. Children will enjoy a large outdoor play area shared with the other lodgings (swings, cabins, etc.)
Inside :
- Ground floor: living room, living room opening onto a modern and well-equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, induction hob, thermomix, etc.), small laundry room, WC
- Floor 1: master bedroom and shower room (2 90x200 beds pushed together), child's bedroom (1 160x200 bed), bathroom, WC
- Attic: children's bedroom (1 90x190 bed), games room
Included: beds made on arrival, wifi, electricity

o En cas d’annulation moins de 30 jours avant le début de la location et sauf cas de force majeure justifiée, le Locataire reste redevable de la totalité du loyer.
Si le Bailleur renonce à la location :
o En cas d’annulation moins de 30 jours avant le début de la location et sauf cas de force majeure justifiée, le Bailleur verse au Locataire un montant égal à la totalité du loyer brut.
o En cas d’annulation plus de 30 jours avant le début de la location ou en cas de force majeure justifiée, le Bailleur restitue au Locataire son acompte ainsi qu’une indemnité supplémentaire d’un montant égal à l’acompte.

After the bridge spanning the Aven, near the Traou Mad biscuit factory, continue straight on, climbing the hill for 300 meters towards the BEL AIR car park.
After the car park, turn immediately left, direction 'Le Hénant' and 'Kerdruc'.
Continue straight on for 1 km until Kerrun.
At the stop sign, turn left towards “Le Hénan” and “Kerdruc”.
Continue straight on for 1 km until you reach the Hénan tide mill.
Continue straight ahead for another 800 m, then, at the first crossroads, take a slight right towards 'Le Petit Hénan' and 'Kerambeuz'.
Continue straight on for 1 km, pass the hamlets 'Le Petit Hénan', 'Kergaouen' and finally the sign 'Kerambeuz': we are on your left.
A Gîtes de France sign tells you that you have arrived safely.
