It is located on the southern coast of Catalonia in Pinos de Miramar, 5 minutes from Miami Platja (Mont Roig) and 800 m from Porquerola beach with its beach restaurants and bars.
Villa Core has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
The house is surrounded by a lush garden with BBQ conducive to relaxation.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double upstairs and another with 2 beds on the ground floor.
The kitchen, fully equipped and the living room overlook the terraces and the swimming pool.
You will find a hand-washing toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.
An outdoor shower is also available.
You can park at least 2 cars in the garden.
At no extra charge, you will have access to air conditioning throughout the house, WiFi, television with all international channels.
Sheets, bath towels and end of rental cleaning are included in the price.
Our dog friends are welcome on request.

"Vacances"
Il faut être de mauvaise foi pour éventuellement critiquer les prestations proposées. Tout est ménagé et composé pour satisfaire les futurs locataires. Les propriétaires ,Corinne et René, sont à vos petits soins tout le long du séjour avec une extrême gentillesse, ce qui permet de passer de très agréables vacances. En définitive, louez cette très belle villa sans hésitation.
