The 3000 m² complex is located less than 2 km from the city center of Dole, 2 minutes by car, cycle route passing 300 meters away along the Rhine-Rhône canal.
This is a former farmhouse belonging to the Dole hospice. It was built in 1683 to provide food for the hospital.

The 65 m² single-story gîte L'Étable is made up of two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm) plus a single bed (90x190 cm) and the second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed opening onto the kitchen, a bathroom with WC, and a terrace.
