Ideally located between the town of Pont l'Abbé, capital of the Pays Bigouden (3km) and the sea (7 km) with its many beaches, its nautical activities, the magnificent and famous beach of La Torche well known to surfers and lovers of the "wave". 23km: Quimper, its old town, its cathedral, its museum, its traditional and famous Cornish festivals.

Adjoining the house on the ground floor with access from the outside:
