Located in Ardèche, close to major roads (30 minutes from Valence TGV, 20 minutes from the A7), the Mirabel Charmis estate welcomes you in a green setting in the middle of the vineyards and at the foot of the hills.
Renovated in 2024, we wanted to bring all the comfort of modernity while retaining the charm of the old to this 4 century building.
With a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the Embroye gorges, the lodge served as a stable, cellar and workshop from which it takes its name.

L'Atelier is an independent house on two levels with:
- large living room with kitchen and lounge
- private terrace
- 5 bedrooms all with private bathroom
* 1 bedroom sleeping 2 on the ground floor with easy access
* 3 bedroom with 2 beds
* 1 family room with 3 beds

Accommodation is at the heart of the wine business, the opportunity to be immersed in a rural farm (which involves hearing the birdsong but also sometimes the sound of the morning tractors). An agritourism that rhymes with holidays and discoveries!

Some double beds can be converted into single beds.
Linen is provided as well as cleaning upon exit.

The estate also rents a small gîte with a capacity of 3 people in the immediate vicinity.
