- a living room (relaxation area with sofa and coffee tables, a round table and 4 chairs, an equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, crockery and all the necessary equipment
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine
- a separate toilet
Upstairs :
- a landing with child safety barrier deserts the two bedrooms
- the first bedroom, with a window and partial sea view, including a 140 cm bed for 2 people, a wardrobe, 1 bedside table, a TV cabinet and a television
- a second bedroom with skylight including a 140 cm bed, 2 people, plus a chest of drawers, plus a wicker male containing games
- the living room opens onto a south-facing terrace with an awning, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue
On the side of the house you with an enclosed lawn

Nearby, you will find all the local shops (supermarket, bar, bakery, ice cream parlor and restaurants), sale of the day's catch at the port twice a week, leisure area with children's park (swings, slide, spider, baby- football, table tennis), bowling alley and fitness equipment facing the sea.
Club Mickey during the summer period and children's carousel (according to municipal authorisation).
Market at the port of Saint-Jacques every Monday in season and a daily market in the villages of the peninsula.

Activities in the peninsula that you can do:
Beautiful walks on the coast or inland (on foot or by bike), boat trips to access the various islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic (Belle-Île-en-Mer, Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz ...), golf course, casino, cinema, Suscinio castle with its night shows and fireworks and many other things to do.
Vannes at 25 km with its old town and its port to visit.

House ideally placed for holidays without having to take the car.
