Space of 70 m² ideal for a family of 4 people (2 bedrooms for 2 people). Located 10 minutes by car from the beach. Many local shops and restaurants. Free and easy to access parking.

Our house is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, a 1st terrace (eg: park your bikes there) then going up to the 2nd to have your breakfasts and meals. This south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture, blinds, barbecue and plancha.
The entrance opens onto the living room with its 4-seater sofa, coffee table, TV (French channels) and dining table.

One bedroom on the ground floor and the second upstairs with its private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the park.
