Luxury house in a quiet area, on one level, very comfortable, on private land and free parking for 2 cars, enclosed 300 m², with its independent entrance with remote-controlled motorized gate.
In a residential area in the center of Gujan-Mestras with all local shops on foot.
The ideal place to relax in absolute comfort,
Its surface is 47 m² equipped with:
- spacious 20 m² air-conditioned bedroom with 160 bed, duvet, pillows, bed made before your arrival, closet, chest of drawers, desk.
- bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washing machine
- living room-kitchen equipped with: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery, sofa, table and 4 chairs, national TV channels + NETFLIX

"Qualité, tranquilité assurées !"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette habitation qui répondait à nos attentes. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieur sont de qualité: sécurité, espace, literie impeccable et confortable, équipements... Un accueil parfait et service nickel ! Vous n'avez plus qu'à profiter de tout (boulangerie et cave à vins très proches). L'espace jardin/terrasse est vraiment top. Les locataires sont très sympathiques et avons suivi leurs recommandations afin de passer d'excellents moments. Endroit idéal pour les balades vélos (sentier du littoral), nombreux restaurants,... J'y retournerai sans hésiter: une magnifique région.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un superbe gîte où il ne manque rien. Les hôtes sont charmants discrets mais toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️.

Très beau gite dans lequel il ne manque rien, très bien situé au calme avec des commerces à proximité. Des hôtes très sympathiques, accueillants, discrets mais disponibles si besoins.
