Independent accommodation of 38 m², fully equipped, for 3 people maximum, without vis-à-vis, quiet, private wooded grounds and covered terrace.
Private parking next to the cottage.
Open all year.
Closed garage possible for motorcycles.
You will find a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and WC.
Electric heating.
Cats are accepted, not dogs.
Saillans, village in the Bio Valley with all amenities, local products and cultural events.
You will be 10 mins walk from the Drôme river and 15 mins from the village of Saillans, 20 mins by car from Die, the country of Clairette and 15 mins by car from Crest and its Tower.
Ski resort 1 hour away.
Train and bus nearby
You will have access to hiking trails from the cottage.
Several activities are possible: hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, paragliding, horse riding.
Provide sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover and towels otherwise possibility of renting sheets and towels.
The upkeep of the gite is done by you or a service billed at 45 €.
Security deposit and rent requested at the entrance to the accommodation and 30% deposit requested for the reservation.
No internet box in the cottage but there is a very good network and the shared connection between telephone and computer works perfectly.

"10 jours dans la Drôme"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saillans et nous avons très apprécié la belle situation du gîte, avec la vue magnifique sur les Trois becs, la terrasse et le calme environnant.
Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. L’accueil de Virginie a été aussi très chaleureux, elle est à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Je recommande ce gîte sans hésitation!

Très bel accueil de Virginie. Gîte très propre, bien équipé, au calme mais proche centre village et rivière.

très bel accueil de Virginie, gîte parfait, spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé, situé au calme et proche village et départs randos ou balades villages perchés. nous recommandons cette location de qualité située dans un environnement respectueux de la planète et très propre.
