Cancellation conditions (CGV):
No show, 100% of the amount of your reservation.
30 days from arrival, 100% of the amount of your reservation.
No refund will be made in the event of early departure, and the stay must be paid in full.

* Normally: Rental from Saturday to Saturday: Arrival from 6 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.
* Possibility of arriving another day, please send an email to Valérie, the owner

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS:
* non-smoking inside
* animals: Please ask us beforehand about the possibility of staying with your animal. Clean, sociable and quiet animals are welcome. You will need to check that you are covered by your insurance. Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the property and never left alone.

* The reservation will only be effective after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, the balance being payable 1 week before the arrival date.

* A deposit of €300 will be requested upon entry, returned no later than one week after the end of the stay, depending on the condition of the premises. After inventory of the premises at exit, deducting any possible deterioration or the cost of restoring the premises.
* And a deposit of €70 will be requested upon entry (this €70 will be returned provided that the accommodation is returned as you found it upon arrival)

*A “Resort” certificate is mandatory and must be sent to Valérie before your arrival (see your insurer)
The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault.
It is required to be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks.

ELECTRICITY: 8 kWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day.
Electricity consumed above the fixed price will be billed at the end of your stay.
(Gîte meter reading, on arrival and departure)

In case of a change:
* bed linen during the stay: €8 will be requested per bed
* bathroom linen kit: €8 for 7 nights
* linen kit: €5 for 7 nights

Pets: On request and after agreement from us, we accept calm, clean and well-behaved dogs, behaving perfectly around other guests. Deposit of €300
Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not show up at the arrival time agreed with the owner, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
