Each of the Liber's apartments is air conditioned and has a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. All come with a radio and TV with satellite and cable channels.

The Dizengoff shopping area is nearby. The Old Jaffa district of Tel Aviv, known for its many shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, is 30-minute walk away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
