Fully restored in 2015, this is an old house, independent, on three levels. The large wooden terrace on the 1st floor offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
In a green setting, the Moulin de la Fosse Soucy is ideal to visit all the major sites of the Normandy landings (between Arromanches and Omaha Beach).
The sea is very close to 5 minutes with the small fishing port of Port en Bessin (shops).
The city of Bayeux is 10 minutes, medieval and tourist city.
The mill is a compromise between the countryside (nature, rest, calm, security) and the nearby sea (fishing ports, large sandy beaches or rocky beaches for fishing, walking, water sports).
The "Wild cherry trees", with an area of 160 m² : 4 bedrooms.
- Ground floor: a garage or playroom, cellar, laundry
- 1st floor: a large bright room for cooking, dining and living room that opens onto a large wooden terrace with garden furniture. From here the view is impregnable on the campaign. On the same floor, 1 bedroom also very clear with a bed 2 pers. 1 and another smaller bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The completed everything a bathroom (large shower and 2 sinks 140) and a closed toilet.
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and beautiful frame and 1 bathroom-toilet.
• 1st room: 1 bed 2 people 1 bed for baby
• 2nd room: 3 single beds; possibility to transform in 1 double and 1 single bed.
Front of the house courtyard and garden of 500 sqm. Barbecue. No opposite.
On the side, large wooded field of 2 hectares with cherries (in season).
Enclosures of animals (chickens, rabbits, pygmy goats ...)
River Mill 100m.
Games for children (rackets, table football, table tennis ...)
No road within 200m. 2 private roads.
The linen (sheets and duvet covers, towels and bath towels, tea towels) : 60€
An end of stay cleaning fee : € 80

"Calme"
Gîte propre, très fonctionnel, accueil très agréable. Nous étions 2 familles et chacun son étage. Il est situé au calme, à la campagne, non loin de la mer et beaucoup de visites aux alentours.
La vue est magnifique malgré le temps qui était mitigé. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter.
