Les Gîtes d'Alibrandes - Le Colorado

The Colorado gîte, 100 m², is located in an 18th century building at an altitude of 1300 meters at a place called Les Tourrengs.
The house is divided into three completely independent gîtes, not overlooked, facing south, very quiet with a splendid view of the Champsaur valley, at the gates of the Écrins national park, in the center of a large number of departures for hikes, Champoléon, Prapic…

The COLORADO cottage, classified 3 ears Gîtes de France, is a duplex of 100 m² with all comfort.
The entrance to the cottage is raised by a small terrace, a large hall, a large living room with a beautiful fitted kitchen, a living room with two single beds in the form of a corner sofa, a fireplace stove which ensures great comfort with wood provided which fully heats the gîte.
It is spacious, very bright, warm and comfortable.
Its charm and gentleness are its major assets.
It is made up of three bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils.
Linen and sheets not provided (possibility of renting sheets).
WiFi and Ethernet cable.

For cleaning, the gîte must be kept clean, the dishes put away and the bins emptied.

The cottage is very well insulated.

The Colorado lodge is completely independent from the other two (Cilaos and Kerveguen).

To access it you have to walk along the wooden barrier, a double-leaf glass door corresponds to the entrance.
