On a plot of 1000 m², surrounded by a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea, the house consists of:
• on the ground floor: an entrance, kitchen, dining room and lounge area facing south and west as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet
• upstairs: a corridor leads to 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + toilets
