The gîte is on two levels and includes two buildings. The ground floor is the living room and kitchen with the bedrooms on the upper floor. The games room is located under the bedroom wing and is exclusively for your use. Access to the gite and the garden, with ample parking, are for your private use only.

Enjoy the experience of staying in an 1850s farmhouse, modernized for comfort but with original features intact. Just 5 minutes from Cénac with shops.

The (discreet) owners live at the rear of the property with their own access. The owners, Brian and Sandra appreciate your privacy but are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom. All mattresses and bedding are hotel quality (with white cotton bed linen). The beds are all fixed, with no cot or sofa bed. The dimensions of the beds are 3 x 140 cm and 1 x 90 cm. There is a living room with kitchen/dining room, and an additional lounge upstairs.

There is a water purification and softening system on site.

All linens and towels are included in the stay. Garden/river towels are also provided.

The space is very flexible and there is free WiFi throughout.
