It is a 40 m² all-colour wooden bungalow, perched on Piton Saint-Leu, 4 km from the beaches of Saint-Leu or Étang-Salé.
Le Ti Citron Vert offers a beautiful sea view in a calm and tropical environment.
Here, we live inside / outside in harmony with nature and if you are lucky, you may be there to admire the passage of whales.

This accommodation is ideal for 2 people with a pretty bedroom upstairs (Android TV connected) and can also accommodate 2 children (free for children under 2 years old) or friends (10 € / pers. / additional day) on a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room/kitchen downstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a combi-cold, a 2-burner hob, a mini-oven / microwave, a coffee maker, a rice pot and all the necessary utensils.
A small bright and ventilated bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink with storage cupboard. A hair dryer is at your disposal.
This bungalow opens onto a beautiful 12 m² terrace where a pretty Charlestone bathtub, surrounded by plants, is waiting for you, with a view of the sea and the surrounding nature.
This beautiful terrace is also equipped with a dining area, sofa and coffee table, ideal for recharging one's batteries after beautiful walks* or hikes.
(* there are beautiful walks, surrounded by ravines and cane fields to do around the bungalow).
You will also benefit from a garden just for you where a small barbecue awaits you for your grills.
A washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal.

The Ti Citron Vert is next to the Ti Citron Jaune with access and private parking.
