This tastefully decorated 32 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor with lift, also has free underground parking or free street parking.
It consists :
- an entrance with cupboard, wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine, equipped with a hair dryer, a separate toilet
- open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils
- living room with convertible sofa of 140, opening onto a balcony where you can take your meals on occasion
- bright living room, television, and bedroom area with comfortable 140 cm bed
