We are pleased to present our new cottage So Art (after So Sweet in Aure sur mer and So Wild in Vierville sur mer) accommodating up to 10 people, quietly located (dead end), 2 km from the sea and from Port en Bessin.

It is a very comfortable and spacious charming house of 160 m2 in Caen stone, bathed in light very close to the landing beaches, restaurants and shops.
It was completely redecorated in 2022, warm and cozy atmosphere.
Large fully enclosed garden not overlooked with portico.
Our plus: Games room with table football and pinball machine.
Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided.
Baby equipment. Games and toys.

* pharmacy, grocery store, 2 bakeries, textiles, bars, restaurants, tourist office... in Port en Bessin (2 mins by car), access possible on foot (20 mins) or by bike on the new cycle path linking Bayeux to Port in Bessin.

* Market gardener right next to the gîte "Le Jardin de deux'main" which offers organic vegetables and fruits (see their website)

* Market on the port every Sunday morning and night markets in summer

* Super U supermarket 2km from the house, open Monday to Saturday all day and Sunday morning

* 2 minutes by car from the Omaha golf course, perfect location.

* 10 minutes by car from Omaha Beach, its supervised swimming beaches at Colleville sur mer and its Eolia nautical center (sand yachting, catamaran, kayak...)

* 10 minutes by car from the center of Bayeux, medieval city, its Tapestry, its cathedral, its markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings as well as the summer and Christmas markets.

* Possibility to rent bicycles with Loc.velo to circulate through the small country roads located all around the house.
