In the heart of the magnificent Villa Fleur park, and on the banks of the Cher, this house from the 1930s, carefully restored and furnished for 4 people, will welcome you in a natural environment.

On the program: dinner in the garden, reading by the pool, walks in the countryside, birdsong, an environment conducive to returning to oneself, calm and a guaranteed change of scenery. In the heart of the Loire castles and near the Beauval zoo, shops, playground and restaurants within walking distance.

On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and the living room, upstairs a landing serves the WC (separate), the bathroom with shower and the bedrooms.

The first bedroom is equipped with 2 80X200 beds and the second with a 160X200 bed. The beds are comfortable with down duvets, linen is provided and beds made on arrival.

Particular care is given to the decoration. It is necessary to pass through the first room to go to the second.

We are committed to an environmentally friendly approach by promoting waste sorting and the use of ecological products.

The swimming pool (treated with salt) is shared with the tenants of a second gîte "la Maison du Gardien" and the owners.

In order to respect the tranquility of the place and the plants, ball games are not authorized, neither in the park nor in the swimming pool; A play park is nearby.
