The gîte is referenced as a 3 stars. All the facilities are recent, the bedding is quality , as well as the sofa. The kitchen is recent, and a plancha is available on the terrace as well as a barbecue.

This gîte is enclosed by a gate. It is distributed on three levels of which 2 constitute the gîte on 80 sq m.
It has two entrances. One on terrace floor and one on ground floor, with an internal staircase giving access to the living quarters.
It is composed of a 28 sq m living room cum dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...); a parental suite located on the terrace floor with a 12 sq m bedroom equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet; a 10 sq m air-conditioned attic room equipped with two 80x200 cm twin beds assembled or separated on request, with a shower room + wc on the same floor.

The private wooded land covers more than 7000 m².
A part is flat in the continuity of the house and of the swimming pool, and a part is on a mostly gentle slope. Small foot paths are arranged for a beautiful walk in Perigord nature.

Swimming pool (9 x 4 m) protected by a shelter that protects you from sunburn. Sun loungers available.
A listed borie (traditional stone field shelter) on the slope.
