Located on the first floor of the house adjoining that of the owners, the tastefully furnished gîte Le Passage is classified as furnished tourist accommodation ***.
It offers you a living space of 75 m² including:
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with 1 1.40 bed (connecting room with the second bedroom)
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200) which is suitable for children but also for 2 adults thanks to the comfort of the mattresses
- 1 closed living room with a comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa
- 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 large covered terrace allows you to have meals or simply to relax and unwind
- 1 relaxation area in the shade of the large trees in the park
Le Passage is ideally located 5 minutes walk from all shops and amenities: markets (organic Wednesday morning, Saturday morning 3rd most beautiful market in France), cinema, media library, aquatic center, lake, hiking trails, arboretum , museums, tourist office, etc.

From the A6, A40 motorways, coming from Paris, Geneva, Mâcon: 30'. Take the Châtillon sur Chalaronne, Pont de Veyle exit via the D933; then take the D2 towards Sulignat, Châtillon sur Chalaronne. In Châtillon, drive through the centre, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit towards Marlieux D7. 123 Impasse Jean Jaurès is 150 metres along on the left.
From Lyon or Bourg en Bresse: leave the D1083 at Villards les Dombes and follow the signs for Châtillon sur Chalaronne on the D2 (16 km). Pass through the villages of Boulignieux and Sandrans. When you reach Châtillon, take the first exit on the right at the roundabout, signposted Marlieux D7.

"Séjour très agréable en famille"
Nous avons séjourné pour un week-end au Passage avec nos enfants : le gîte est spacieux, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé.
Nous avons ainsi découvert la jolie ville de Châtillon dont le centre historique est seulement à quelques minutes à pied, le gîte étant dans une ruelle calme.

Gite au fond d’une impasse très bien situé par rapport au centre ville.
Les proprietaires sont très accueillants et à l’écoute pour visiter la région.
Le gîte est très agréable ,parfaitement équipé et avec beaucoup de goût …literie au top !
