You will breathe both sea air and country air.
The house is on one level, with bay windows facing south.
It has a large living room with its kitchen, its dining room and its lounge, which opens onto a large terrace and a garden.
On the ground floor we have a bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
On the 1st floor: a landing leading to 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
The entrance is independent with a large parking lot.
The beds are made before your arrival with duvets and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Animals are not accepted in the cottage, thank you for your understanding.
Suitable for teleworking, with a good internet connection.
They are located 20 minutes from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast and 30 minutes from ROUEN
On site: hiking trail to the valley, private woods (mountain biking, walking, etc.), fishing with permit on 600 m of river. Rouen-Dieppe expressway 5 min away, beaches 20 min away, Rouen 40 min away.
Near our farm (growing flax, cereals, rapeseed, sugar beets).

From the A28 motorway in the Amiens-Rouen direction, take exit n ° 10 (Les Hayons) towards Dieppe
Follow the D915 towards Dieppe until Torcy-le-Petit
In Torcy-le-Petit, at the roundabout turn left towards Longueville s / Scie (D149), cross this village. Direction St Crespin / Gonneville s / Scie. At the exit of the village of St Crespin, direction of Gonneville s / Scie (D203). Drive 1 km and turn left towards Caumont (Communale C1). Drive about 1 km and you have arrived.
If you pass by the Pont de Normandie (A29 motorway):
From the A29 (E44) motorway in the Le Havre - Amiens direction, take the Calais-Amiens-Dieppe (A29) interchange: Be careful not to take Rouen (A150) at kilometer 68.8.
Drive 20 km and take the Rouen / Dieppe interchange (A151). Continue towards (A151 then N27).
Then take the exit signposted Longueville s / Scie, D149. At 4.5 km, follow the signs for Gîtes de Caumont.

Nous venons de passer les fêtes de Noël en famille dans le gîte.
Accueil très chaleureux avec un sapin décoré !
Gîte super bien équipé pour cuisiner un bon repas de réveillon !!
Grands espaces, un beau jardin avec balançoire pour le plaisir de notre petite fille .
Bref tout à été parfait, je recommande !

Gîtes superbes, bien équipés,propres,et très agréables
Dommage que, ayant dû quitter le gîte à mi-sejour, nous n'ayons pas pû avoir un petit geste commercial compensatoire, devant même régler un supplément d'électricité modique, comparé aux trois jours payés et non utilisés

Obligation de louer 2 nuits ou rien . Les chambres ont été relouer la deuxième nuit pour d'autres personnes sans compensation financière procédé un peu limite....

Maison spacieuse très agréable et bien équipée. Pour profiter aux beaux jours il y a une grande terrasse, des jeux pour les enfants, un terrain de boules.
Lieu isolé très calme dans un environnement de champs et forêts assez vallonné.
Très bon point surtout avec des enfants le gîte est accolé à une ferme, on peut y voir chevaux et animaux de basse cour, et nourrir les poules.
Un très bon souvenir ce gîte !
