Our cottage has capacity for 8 people (10 people with the extra bed sofa bed and 11 with extra bed)

It is in an old mill on the edge of the Evre, in the town of Beaupreau in Mauges, in a green setting that we welcome you.

The cottage is full of charm, atypical with our three rooms and their views of the countryside and the river, beautiful kitchen with fireplace, living room dining room, bathroom and toilet.
As well as its terrace with panoramic views of the river.
Our cottage will bring you calm and serenity for your holidays or after a day of work.

We are open all year for your holidays, week or night.

With family or friends, we invite you to come and enjoy the nature, the river and its pedestrian bridge at the foot of the mill, as well as our garden with our relaxation area. You will enjoy walking (hiking) or fishing.
We provide our boat and canoe kayak to discover and navigate the Evres.

Ideal if you are passing, in training, workers, company manager or a sports association.

Well located, it is only 1 km from the center of Beaupreau en Mauges, for your business trips, in the heart of Mauges and near major highways.
