Bricks and oak shade the dazzling whiteness of the tufa, the "stone of kings", extracted from the surrounding basements and chosen meticulously for the construction of the Châteaux de la Loire, all around.

The mill is a spacious longère (200 m²) on two levels.

On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezing section), dining room, living room with large open fireplace. Shower room (washing machine) and WC.

First floor: mezzanine with work space and 1 double bed. Master bedroom: 1 double bed, 2 single beds. Reading corner. Children's room: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with corner bath.

Secure garage, large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, firewood available on site. Covered swimming pool in the middle of the wooded park and private garden.
