Swimming-poolThis century-old residence, formerly the wheelwright's house, is located at the entrance to a pretty village built on Gallo-Roman ruins, at the crossroads of Santiago de Compostela.
Completely renovated in 2020 with natural materials, the house has all modern comforts and new high-end leisure equipment: private swimming pool, billiards, table football. The beautiful volumes, the stone paving and the lime paints give charm to the house.
It consists of a large living room with kitchen area, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: Bedroom 1: 1 140 cm bed with private bathroom, Bedroom 2: 1 140 cm bed with private bathroom, Bedroom 3 : 1 140 bed with private bathroom, 2 separate WCs.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with living room, 2 bedrooms: BR4: 1 140cm bed, BR5: 1 140cm bed + 2 90cm beds, bathroom with WC.
The advantages: The proximity of the village, the bakery and the restaurant.

"Maison top- exterieur flop"
La maison est vraiment bien et correspond tout à fait à la description.
Nous avons Cependant des remarques négatives concernant l extérieur. Il semblerait judicieux de préciser la situation bord de route (axe avec circulation ++) dans la presentation. Les transats sont en très mauvais état : sur 7 transats essayés seulement 2 qui fonctionnent et sont dangereux (2 blessures en lien avec la vétusté). La piscine est très visible depuis la route (haies taillées trop bas), pas d'alarme.. La table de ping pong est quasi inutilisable car 45 cm de chaque côté pour jouer.

"Réunion familiale"
Nous avons réservé ce gite pour fêter Noël en famille tout un week-end dans ce joli village. Super moment tous ensemble dans cette bâtisse rénovée et très bien équipée. Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire qui nous a gentiment installé un très beau sapin bien décoré. Le gite est très lumineux avec une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur la cuisine, ce qui est très agréable! Des parties de baby-foot et de billard ont rythmé notre séjour. Les chambres sont toutes très grandes et les salles de bain récentes et super propres. Nous reviendrons!
