The tenant can cancel his rental at any time. We emphasize that the consequences of the cancellation entails the collection of variable costs depending on the date on which it occurs.
The following scale is thus applicable: - the tenant cancels more than 30 days before entering the premises, the cancellation costs are 0 - the tenant cancels between 30 and 15 days before entering the premises, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the rental amount - the tenant cancels between 15 days and the day of arrival in the premises, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the rental amount These cancellation fees may be covered by cancellation insurance to be taken out individually by the tenant.
Whatever the reasons for the cancellation, the tenant must notify the owner by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of receipt of this notice determining the scale to be applied. The tenant not having informed the owner would be held with the integral payment of the balance. If a case of force majeure led to the destruction of the property or the impossibility of making the property available for rental, all the sums paid would be reimbursed to the tenant, without him being able to claim subsequent reimbursements.
In the event of cancellation on the initiative of the owner, this one refunds 100% of the sums collected. Any interrupted or shortened stay, or any unused service, does not give rise to any refund. Even in the event of repatriation, it is the renter's responsibility to take out appropriate insurance. No refund will be made once the check-in has been carried out. The owner also reserves the right to cancel the tenant's stay if the rental is not paid in full 30 days before the date of arrival with the delivery of the multi-risk insurance certificate.

"Séjour magnifique dans le loft"
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, l’hôte a su répondre à nos attentes tout était parfait.
Le logement était impeccable, il ne manque rien ! Il est suréquipé, la piscine était niquel, tout est mis à disposition.
Merci pour la réactivité de Katia qui a su nous donner satisfaction à chaque requête ! Elle n’hésite pas à donner des bon plans que ce soit pour des balades, baignades, et des restaurants !
Le loft est situé en plein centre de montelimar, parfait pour des balades dans le centre ou même des balades nocturnes.
Je vous recommande ce logement a 100% !

Très beau loft en plein centre de Montélimar, mais facile d’accès en voiture grâce aux garages.
Très belles pièces spacieuses et meublées avec goût et le gros plus de la piscine intérieure et de la terrasse ☀️
Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille ! Avec de nombreuses propositions de prestations en plus si vous le souhaitez

L’accès au garage est peu délicat avec une grosse voiture, mais accessible.
Grande table familiale à la cuisine, hyper grande télé dans le salon avec toutes les chaînes, le billard et la piscine un vrai luxe avec les enfants et les amis.
Deco ultra moderne. Une douche à couper le souffle.

"Génial, magnifique"
Le loft est super bien agencé très lumineux et très calme pour un centre ville, tout pleins de commerce à proximité. les différentes pièces sont bien décorées, la cuisine est très spacieuse avec son ouverture sur la terrasse, les enfants on adorés la piscine, le billard et la wifi est au top👍
