Air conditioned loft with private pool safe (11 X 5 X 1.50m), for 2 or 3 people looking for peace and quiet in a natural environment, 10 minutes from the historic centre of SARLAT, in the heart of the Dordogne valley.
Private access to the loft (key box), via an external staircase from your summer kitchen which is under the covered terrace. Kitchen equipped : sink, fridge, electric oven, plancha gas, hob, furniture, crockery, table, chair to take your meals. The garden on the pool side, the terrace, the summer kitchen and the car park are reserved for you. Loft under roof (can be inconvenient for tall people) with 3 velux windows - Good air conditioning - 1 entrance hall, a separate toilet, 2 bedroom areas (1 bed X 160 + 1 bed X 140), a shower room, a washbasin, airdryer. Warning corner with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer.
Relaxation area with TV, DVD player, hifi - Fan - Iron - Storage.
The park is equipped with garden furniture, number of shaded corners invite you to relax. The hundred-year-old lime tree will provide you with shade during your meals.
