Le Loft - Les Gîtes de Kervarc'h

I welcome you to cozy holiday homes just a stone's throw from the sea. Our gites are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a characterful hamlet, in a quiet countryside location.

The loft is the old hayloft of the farm, which I renovated in 2008, in a zen and modern style, conducive to rest and relaxation.
Its location, in the corner of the old farmhouse, gives it atypical volumes, on its three levels, but also a very special luminosity.
On the ground floor, the entrance with a storage space with washing machine, dryer.

On the 1st floor, the living room with a kitchen area, very well equipped with ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, electric mixer, food processor multifunction, steamer, blender. The living area with a black table, six chairs, a dresser and the living room with a 4-person sofa, 2 small coffee tables, a TV bench with 106 cm flat screen TV, Blu-ray player, radio/CD micro-system , a red piece of furniture, a decorative armchair, a side table with a lamp, a wall-hung WC with washbasin, a large cupboard – wardrobe. The roof terrace with its garden furniture, a Lafuma® seat for reading.

On the 2nd floor, the spacious and bright master bedroom with a 180*200 bed (latex mattress), two bedside tables with lamp, an armchair and a large closet-wardrobe, the large hallway with its length of closet leading to the rest area with its futon sofa, its table with 50 cm flat screen TV and its library made up of comic books, books and novels, and the bathroom area with a large bathtub, a 110 cm washbasin unit, an 80*120 shower with hydromassage column, a Suspended toilet, a low cabinet, a laundry basket.

The 2nd bedroom called "elves", half-landing, with two 90*200 (or 180*200) beds, two armchairs, a 120*190 bed, a play area for the little ones.
Outside.
A private unfenced garden with garden furniture, two deck chairs, two sunbeds and Weber barbecue.
A parking place.

Our exceptional location allows you to be 30 minutes from the main tourist sites of South Morbihan, and in Erdeven all shops, the beach 4 km away and close to Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...
