Less than 2 km from exit 5 of the A 62 motorway (Bordeaux - Toulouse), 8 km from Marmande, in Lot-et-Garonne, welcome to the Moulin de Tarres de Bas AT SAINTE-MARTHE 47430! with its 3 lodgings for 2 or 4 people, with 1 or 2 independent bedrooms depending on the chalets, equipped with great comfort: air conditioning, heating, etc.
They allow full autonomy in this natural and protected area of 5 hectares.
You will discover the Mill and its Avance river, its red Basque shutters, the river and the fish-filled pond that cross the Estate, with its spaces for donkeys, goats and billy goats, chickens and ducks.
In the 5 hectare park of the Mill, directly facing the pond and its gray herons, you have in each of the 3 chalets, a living room with sofa, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, TV with TNTSAT channels , Free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen area, 2 independent bedrooms with double bed in the "Chalet Blanc", 1 bedroom with double bed for the "Chalet" or 1 independent bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 on the mezzanine for one person, with separate shower room and wc.
Outdoor terrace on the pond. WEBER type barbecue.
The 3 chalets have free access to the swimming pool, open all year round, covered and heated, except for health restrictions.
Available for the 3 chalets: laundry room with washing machine, bicycle rental 2 km away (10% for customers of the Moulin), ping-pong table, exhibitions at the Moulin, etc.
