In an old Charente farm, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period on one hectare of completely enclosed land.
Le Clos des Séguineries is located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac.
Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.
• On the ground floor: a bathroom (Italian shower-sink-WC), a fitted kitchen, a living room (2 sofas, coffee table and television).
• Upstairs you will find 2 mezzanine bedrooms, each served by a staircase. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the 2nd bedroom, 3 90 cm beds. One of the beds is separated by a partition.
This cottage opens onto a terrace with garden table, “tete à tête” table, deckchairs and parasol, and has a small garden of approximately 70 m².
The swimming pool (12 x 6 m, heated from June to September) and a beautiful green space with games, are to be shared with other holidaymakers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the common areas.
