Le Gîte du Domaine des Aronias

With its magnificent view of Lake Chalain, our 60 m² gîte, for 4 people, all comfort and on one level, will ensure you have a pleasant stay in peace and surrounded by nature.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom of 12 m² with 1 bed of 160 and a bedroom of 9 m² with 2 bunk beds), fitted kitchen-living room, bathroom, terrace and private garden, all without vis-à-vis .
Small portable television available as well as a cot, high chair and bathtub.
This cottage is located on the edge of a hiking and mountain biking path, which will take you directly to Lake Chalain to enjoy water activities: swimming, pedal boating, fishing... you will also have the opportunity to fish in our pond.(remember to take your equipment)

About ten kilometers away, you have the site of the Cascades du Hérisson, an emblematic place in the Jura and just a little further on the 4 Lakes, the Pic de l'Aigle and the belvedere of the 4 Lakes.
You are in the heart of the Pays des Lacs and at the same time close (30 km) to the first ski resorts of Haut-Jura and the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park. The Jura Mountains are on our doorstep as well as Switzerland where you can easily take a short excursion. The proximity of the Jura vineyards will invite you to a getaway to Arbois, Château-Chalon and at the same time discover the secluded area of "Baume les Messieurs" with its Grotto, its Waterfall and its famous Abbey.

This cottage is part of our farm, certified in organic farming and having a particular production "Aronia" (small fruits with multiple virtues, the richest in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals). The production is entirely transformed and sold at the Domaine (dehydrated berries, pure juice, jelly, powder, granulate, etc.)
This property is a preserved natural space, where the fauna and flora all have their place. It stretches from Lac de Chalain to the Ain river. It is not uncommon to see while walking, deer, hare, wild boar, badger, fox ... and all kinds of birds, birds of prey, wading birds, ... because of its proximity to the Ain valley, a real migratory corridor
