In Ceyssat, at the foot of Puy-de-Dôme, with a view of the Sancy massif. You have direct and quick access to Clermont-Ferrand and motorways.

You will be close to the Vulcania European Park and the emblematic Puy de Lemptégy, Volvic, Royat, Mont-Dore, La Bourboule and the Orcival Basilica.

Very quiet, in an environment conducive to outdoor activities, right out of the accommodation.

The Gîte des Rioux is built according to the latest regulations concerning insulation and comfort.

It is a new and independent apartment of 75 m², fully equipped, with terrace and private parking.

Internal rules

Please read this entire section carefully before booking.

I expect respectful behavior from my travelers.

Some rules :

• Your pet is not our enemy, we have it too. But out of respect for all of our tenants, more and more people are allergic to animals, with regret, we made the decision not to accept them.
• Our accommodation is brand new and we like to keep our floors and furniture free from scratches, agree to leave your shoes at the entrance.
• The cottage is non-smoking, non-vaping. Smokers can however use the terrace. For this purpose a container will be very happy to accept your butts.
• My prior agreement must have been obtained by courier via Gites.fr to bring in people not provided for at the time of booking.
• The neighbors are nice, but they are not necessarily on vacation. Parties and evenings are prohibited.
• Any broken object, any deterioration, will have to be refunded or will be subject to a levy on the deposit.
• For your comfort, the accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people (all ages). The person who reserves with his Gites.fr profile does so for his own account and not that of a third party, he must be of legal age. The person booking must be part of the trip. In the event of non-compliance, the reservation will be canceled.

... You will be in the countryside! A word of advice: close the front door. If you don't, you may find that two or three local chickens as well as a few cats, attracted to new neighbors, will be happy to join you to entertain your stay.

Water - Appliances - Parking - Waste

• Here, the water flowing from the taps is spring water; it comes directly from our mountains and we drink it all year round!
• If you have a problem with an appliance, the instructions are in a drawer under the oven. Otherwise please call us at zero six, eighty one, ninety two, thirty, seventy three
• In our parking lot, a free and private space is reserved for you. Please leave the others free!
• The public pickup service operates on Monday morning. Please deposit your bagged waste in the container provided for this purpose, opposite the car park.
