Town house located in the historic center of Givry on a one-way street. (pending 3* classification)
Nearby, you will find all the essential shops (bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.)
Two streets from the hiking trails to discover the landscapes of the Chalonnaise coast.
Located on the wine route, you have many cellars to discover.
Acrogivry is less than 10 minutes away for an adventure in the trees.
Finally, the greenway is located 500 meters from the gîte.
The house is composed as follows: the entrance opens into the living room, equipped kitchen of 27 m². A sofa bed with 140x190 cm mattress.
Then, you have a small bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a small dressing room. A toilet.
At the inter-landing level, an office space and an ottoman convertible into a mattress (real bed) 90x200.
Upstairs, you have a shower room with WC (sanibroyeur) then a 16 m² bedroom with dressing room and 180x200 bed, space is available for the travel cot.
You have free WiFi (fiber), Netflix access and connected TV. Board games are available.
Household linen is provided at no extra charge (sheets, bath towels, tea towels, etc.)
Heating is included as well as cleaning.
Animals are accepted on request and at no extra charge.
The house does not have an exterior and parking (free) is available in the streets around the accommodation (50 meters away).

"Juste parfait"
Logement extrêmement calme et bien placé. Nous étions 3 collègues pendant 1 mois et demi et franchement, il n’y a rien à dire à part que c’était parfait. Machine à laver, cuisine, four, vaisselle, la fibre, literie au top !
