Free WiFi GardenOur Tarn Gite Rural was designed by an architect and built in 2007. The accommodation is built and furnished in a classic style to evoke the welcoming softness of the Midi-Pyrénées region.
Our Independent Cottage is 3 km from Lavaur, 7 km from Briatexte and Fiac, 17 km from Graulhet, 18 km from Saint-Sulpice and 45 minutes from Blagnac Airport in Toulouse and 90 minutes from Carcassonne Airport.
Located in the Tarn 81, our vacation rental is the ideal base from which you can discover the beautiful southwest of France
Piquetalen is a small rural hamlet at the top of a hill. The hamlet is surrounded by woods and fields which are often filled with sunflowers in summer.
The surrounding countryside lends itself to very beautiful walks and there are plenty of interesting sites to visit by bike and on foot.
With its high ceiling, beams and spiral staircase, the living room / kitchen is very spacious. In summer the French windows increase the spacious atmosphere of the room thanks to the view they offer of the garden. In winter the wood stove makes the space warm and welcoming.
The cottage is located in the owners' garden, but it is far enough to respect privacy. A small orchard is located next to the gîte and the tenants are invited to pick cherries, plums and apricots depending on the season.

"Great vacation place"
We really enjoyed a familly vacation in the Gite of Anton and Roset. The Gite has a very good, sweet, causy and homely atmosphere. The space is exactly what we needed. The kitchen is well equiped, the shower is amaizing, and everything is taken care to the complete comfort and relaxation. The serrounding of the gite is very quite and peaceful, full of nature, and the gite is very close to many interesting small old villages and towns, where you can visit and eat. Anton and Roset are very sweet and helpfull, good hearted people.

"Un havre de sérénité"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de Piquetalen : le gîte est spacieux, clair et très bien entretenu ; il baigne dans un océan de verdure. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants, très sympathiques et d'une grande disponibilité. En outre le gîte est bien situé, il est proche ou peu éloigné de nombreux sites magnifiques du Tarn. Excellent séjour.

"Gite tout confort conforme à la description"
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte tout confort et très calme. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes très charmants et très attentionnés. C'est le deuxième séjour que nous passons à Ambres et nous y retourneront volontiers l'année prochaine.
