Le Gîte de la Montagne

The 118 m² gîte, in the heart of Burgundy, is independent, on one level, in an old house entirely renovated in a contemporary style with fitted kitchen, dining room / living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets.

Its enclosed courtyard with lawn will delight young and old alike. A barbecue is at your disposal as well as garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs and games for children (swing, large sandbox, small cabin, etc.)
Within a radius of 15 km, you can visit the medieval construction site of Guédelon (construction of a castle using medieval techniques), the castle of Saint-Fargeau, the Museum and House of Colette, the animal park of Boutissaint, the underground quarries of Aubigny, the wolf pyramid, etc.
It is also a region with a pottery tradition: the potteries of Ratilly, La Batiste in Moutiers with its kiln or Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye (potters' village with its museum) ... and many local artisans.
We are also halfway between the vineyards of Chablis and Sancerre.
Not far from Vézelay, you can discover the Cure valley (canoeing) and the Saussois rocks (climbing) on your journey.

You will find peace, quiet and rest in a green setting. Our countryside is crisscrossed with small marked paths that will delight hikers.
