Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival date

Thank you for your understanding, too much abuse since the 'covid period'

Deposit paid 30%: NB no refund will be made
(see contract extract):
"Cancellation by you:
- Any cancellation by you - for whatever reason - must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The effective date of cancellation is the date written notice is received by us.
- If you cancel your stay, the entire deposit would be definitively and irrevocably due to the owner and not carried over to another period.
- In the event of early departure from the rental of the gîte, for whatever reason, you will not be able to claim a reduction in the rental cost."
