Le Gîte d'Ancy

Welcome to Burgundy in Ancy-le-Franc, for pleasant family moments at 2 a.m. from the south of Paris.

The Ancy gîte detached house with enclosed garden and play area.

On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The living room with pull-out beds (*2 real beds of 90), separate WC and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the other bedroom with pull-out beds, bathroom with bathtub.
Baby equipment. 1 pet max

Outside under cover: ping-pong table and pétanque court. Adjoining the gîte, a former carpentry workshop, which has become a space exclusively at your disposal with games and manual activities for all.

The enclosed garden: 170 m², arbor, table, garden chairs, sun lounger, deckchairs, barbecue and space to park a car.

The cottage has 2 entrances, one towards the center of the village (shops - 5 minutes away) the other is the main access (car) leading to the countryside. 150 meters away, a path offers a walk on the heights overlooking the village and the valley, which can be extended by a loop taking the towpath of the Burgundy canal.

The Village, with barely 1000 inhabitants, but with all shops and services. Its location a stone's throw from Champagne, ideally located on the banks of the Armançon river for fishing, located in the center of a route of almost 100 km of the cycle route developed along the Burgundy canal.
