In the heart of the VINEYARD of the Coteaux du Layon, in Maine et Loire, on a large property with trees and flowers, the «Gîte Anjoué» is an independent house, 2 km from the center of Thouarcé (all shops).

Near the owners' house, it is equipped to accommodate 4 people and a baby and consists of:
- a large bright living room with equipped kitchen (combined fridge, induction hob, multi-function microwave oven, dishwasher), lounge area with television 80 cm, dining area;
- a room with a bed of 140;
- shower room with Italian shower;
- separate toilets;
- washing machine;
- the mezzanine floor (secure for children) has 2 single beds, an office and a relaxation area overlooking the vineyards;

Free baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bath).
Outside:
- large private terrace with garden furniture,
- large private garden area with swings,
- parking spaces.
The secure swimming pool (to share only with the owners), between vineyards, orchard and vegetable garden, with panoramic views of the landscape, is heated and in service in summer (June - September).
Weekly rental during school holidays (from Saturday to Saturday)
