In an old Charente farm, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period, on one hectare of completely enclosed land.
Le Clos des Séguineries is located in Romanesque Saintonge, 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac.
Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.
On the ground floor a very large living room with 2 sofas, an equipped kitchen and its dining area.
Also a separate WC and a very large bedroom with a bed for 2 people (180x200 cm).
Upstairs, you will discover 2 bedrooms each with a shower room (shower - WC - sink).
Outside, a garden with a view of the land and swimming pool, garden table, parasols and deckchair.
The swimming pool (12 x 6 m - heated from June to September) and the beautiful green space with games (ping-pong, swings, badminton, pétanque, etc.) are to be shared with other vacationers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board are available in the common areas.
Linen for the beds is provided.
A flat rate of 15 kWh per day of electricity is included.

"Gîte calme et reposant"
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en famille au clos des Séguineries (gîte le feu): séjour très agréable, ressourçant, accueilli par des hôtes charmants, à la fois très discrets mais bien présents pr que les vacanciers soient 100% satisfaits! Toujours de bons conseils pour les lieux à découvrir.
Gîte très propre, bien équipé, au calme et entouré d'un grand jardin où les enfants s'amusent en toute liberté. De nombreux jeux mis à disposition pour tous, sans oublier la belle piscine qui est super agréable ! Rien ne manquait...
Région très sympa à découvrir avec de nombreuses activités variées.
On reviendra avec plaisir et vous pouvez y séjourner à votre tour, vous passerez un très bon moment, Irène Pascal et leurs enfants
