In a pine forest of several hectares, on the edge of vineyards and olive groves, with panoramic views of the Roussillon plain, the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou peak, the legendary summit of the Pyrenees, we offer a 60 m² STUDIO for 2 ADULTS and 1 CHILD (on the ground floor of our 200 m² villa), completely renovated in a trendy decor.

The studio (living room/kitchen area, lounge area, sleeping area, closed bathroom and toilet, laundry room) has a separate entrance and is arranged as follows

- a living room/kitchen area equipped with new high-end appliances (American fridge, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, kettle) “Maisons du monde” furniture (6-place table, 4 chairs, buffet, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery …)
- a raised part (2 steps / lower ceiling) the living room with 160 cm sofa bed, large screen TV, coffee table
- a raised part (1 step / lower ceiling) with king size bed 180x190 (2 twin beds pushed together), 2 small cupboards, 2 bedside tables
- a closed bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a WC.
- a shared laundry room with owner accessible all day equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron

All maintenance products, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are provided free of charge.
Bed linen is provided free of charge.

The Domaine de Montpins, a true haven of peace, is a forest massif (Scots pines and oaks) crossed by marked hiking trails, between scrubland, vineyards and olive trees.
We benefit from a privileged setting which remains close to all amenities: shops, supermarkets, cinemas, leisure centers, restaurants, but also doctors and pharmacies.

The Domaine de Montpins is located close to all the tourist sites of the Pyrénées-Orientales: holidaymakers will be able to discover the cultural and historical heritage of the department, all the natural treasures, the Catalan region, products and gastronomy. , the vineyards of Roussillon, Catalan traditions and culture.

Our property is built in a 2000 m² park planted with maritime pines, olive trees, vines, mulberries, plane trees, oleanders, agaves, rosemary, lavender and other Mediterranean species.
A beautiful 10 x 5 m swimming pool allows you to enjoy the joys of swimming, sunbathing and relaxing in complete tranquility. All garden equipment is available to tenants (4 garden furniture, built-in barbecue, parasols, deckchairs, etc.)
It should be noted that we only have one rental which ensures the peace of mind of the tenants and the availability of all the equipment.

We place a lot of emphasis on welcoming our guests: a platter of local products is free of charge on arrival (a bottle of Muscat from Rivesaltes, various jams from Sournia, Catalan rousquilles, croquants from Saint Paul, seasonal fruits - apricots, peaches or grapes).
