Le Cottage de Laugère

Ideal for large families or a stay with friends.
The cottage is located on our property with direct access to the Berry canal (walks and fishing).
The swimming pool is heated seasonally.
A play area for children (swing, slide, sandbox, trampoline, etc.), outdoor games (football cage, net, rackets, etc.)

On the ground floor :
- a main room with equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room with wood stove (wood included)
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with access to the front garden and, at the rear, with independent entrance, a corner with table, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom/WC
Upstairs :
- a hallway with TV corner
- a bedroom with double bed and dressing room
- a bedroom with 4 single beds
An extra bed and a baby cot are also available.

Included: wood, dishwashing products, sponges, paper towels, tea towels, bath mats and basic food products (oil, salt, sugar, etc.)

In the fully enclosed garden, you will find: a parking space, an area with games and an area where the swimming pool is located. Deckchairs, tables and chairs.

You have access to the entire accommodation, with entrance, terrace and private garden.
The swimming pool area is to be shared with us, your guests.
