Magnificent lake with waterfall and swimming 3 km. waymarked walks with the GR36 and Cathar Trail near the village.

• Ground floor: large garage entrance porch with technical room, laundry room
• upstairs 1: living room with sofa and kitchen overlooking 2 terraces, the first south overlooking the Castle Quéribus, and the second to the north on a small rock Mediterranean garden of approximately 50 m² with views Castle Peyrepertuse. And wc
• upstairs 2: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Electric heating extra.
Sheets, towels and cleaning included, cleaning products available.
Key sites of Carcassonne and Collioure are at 1:30 cottage.
