Le Bastion des Papes, spa et piscine privés

After 4 years of operation as guest rooms (rating of 10/10 on chambre d'hôtes.fr and 9.8/10 on Booking), the Bastion des Papes can be rented in its entirety for an excellent holiday as a couple, with family or friends. Ideal location for 3 families or 4 couples.

In the middle of the vineyards, on the hillside of the picturesque village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, the rental is a beautiful renovated bastide with a maximum of 12 beds (including 8 adults maximum and 4 children maximum or 6 adults and 6 children).

So that everyone has their independence and privacy, bedrooms 1,3,4 and 5 have their own entrance, bathroom with shower or bath, toilet and television. Do not hesitate to contact us because depending on the number of adults, the number of children and their age, we will advise you on the layout.

The 220 m² of the rental is distributed as follows:

* 23m² kitchen
* living room of 55m²
* Courtyard open or closed by large bays of 45m2 with living room and summer stay
* 6 sleeping spaces:
** 2 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2) in a row on the 1st floor with separate 6m² bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 1 is 16m² with a 180x200 bed TV, small terrace with a view of the Ventoux and the Luberon.
Bedroom 2 in a row is 8.5m². It has a bed of 80x200 or 1 bed of 160x200.
** bedroom 3 is 19m². It has a 180x200 bed, 1TV, 1 washbasin, 1 shower and separate toilets. It opens onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the Ventoux.
By a steep staircase (not suitable for very young children), you reach a 9m² mezzanine with 2 beds of 80×200.

** bedroom 4 is 22 m². It has a 180×200 bed with a large 18 m² terrace with a view of the Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. It has 1 TV, 1 sink, 1 freestanding bathtub and separate toilet.

** bedroom 5 is 13 m². It has a 160×200.m bed, its TV, its sink, its shower and its toilets (not separated). It overlooks the courtyard and the courtyard of the house.

The house, the swimming pool and, optionally the SPA, are totally privatized for rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining or aperitif area for 6 people on the central island, a large 90cm wide fridge with 2 freezer drawers, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...

On 4000m2 of land, the place is conducive to holidays.
The pool is private. It is 10 meters long and 4.3 meters wide. There is a beach part of 5 m² with 25 cm of water and the rest of the pool has a flat bottom, height 1.50 m or 1.35 m of water.

Under an 18 m² veranda, a 5-seater SPA with 120 jets can be made available with a supplement of 350 euros per week (300€ for 4 nights).

The property being very large, it is not fenced. We therefore cannot receive our animal friends.
