Cancellation registered between 8 days and 3 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the stay will be retained.
Cancellation between 2 days and the beginning of the stay or no-show: 100% of the stay will be retained.
No refund will be made for any stay that has been started, interrupted or shortened.

Optional: sheets at 24 euros per set, towels at 12 euros per kit (one large, one medium towel and one washcloth) and final cleaning at 120 euros.
COVID 19: in the event of confinement, we guarantee a 100% refund.
