Located in the Résidence des Iles, 150 m from the Bilou beach, this charming single-storey house opens onto a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture through a bay window.
Enjoy the private garden which is totally enclosed and out of sight.
In the living room, a sofa bed can be used as an occasional bed for one person, coffee table and television.
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, mini-oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, extractor hood, electric coffee machine) where you can have your meals (a table and two chairs).
The bedroom (a 140cm bed) is separated from the living room by a curtain. Bathroom (shower) adjoining, a washbasin on furniture. Separate toilet.
The accommodation is separated from another T1 by a pretty low stone wall and wooden clins, good soundproofing, offset terraces and separation of gardens.
On the residence, you have access to a common laundry room (washing machine and dryer for a fee), to the free covered and heated swimming pool, a playground for children with a zip line and a petanque field.
The port, the pier for the islands and the centre of the village are 12 minutes away on foot via the ribines (small, quiet, pleasant paths) or 2 minutes away by car.
Only a small animal will be accepted, you have to ask for it when you book.
Free private parking space on the residence.
Water is included in your rental contract.
Electricity :
- during the summer period (from May 1st to September 30th) a fixed price of 100 Kwh/week is offered to you then real consumption at the rate of 0,20 euros/Kwh
- in winter (from October 1st to April 30th) actual consumption at the rate of 0,20 euros/Kwh
Optional: sheets at 24 euros per set, towels at 12 euros per set (one large, one medium and one flannel) and final cleaning at 75 euros.
COVID 19: in case of confinement, we guarantee a 100% refund.
