Cross-country ski trails pass the property while it is 150 metres to the ski bus stop, which operates for free. It is possible to store and dry ski equipment on site.

A Tyrolean restaurant is nearby. There is a Leisure centre in Sölden and the Aquadome Thermal Spa is a 15-minute drive from the property. Free parking available at Alpenjäger.
